TVBC have been involved in talks with the Connor family since at least July 2007 to change the use of land at Thruxton Down from agriculture to site a showman’s quarters of mobile homes, caravans and sheds, storage and maintenance areas, access road parking and turning and the installation of 2 septic tanks.
TVBC have already said "although the site is not ideally located for access to local facilities due to its rural location, it is considered acceptable in this case"
The site is countryside. There are no facilities, no bus route, no school, no shops. The site is a paddock. If this goes ahead no land is safe not the field next to you or the one opposite.
